Wil DuBose
Wil DuBose is a prevention leader, facilitator and consultant with more than 20 years of experience in the domestic violence field.
His work spans abuse intervention, primary prevention, community engagement and training. He has served as an appointee to the New Jersey Domestic Violence Fatality and Near Fatality Review Board and as a member of the NJCEDV Batterers Intervention Program Standards Committee.
Before his work in New Jersey, Wil provided outreach services for adjudicated youth in Rhode Island. Across roles, his approach remains grounded in accountability, connection and the belief that communities already hold knowledge essential to meaningful change.
“The work becomes useful when people can recognize themselves in it—and see what they can do next.”
